At Rehabilitation Collective, we understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

• More than 24 hours' notice: No charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the appointment fee.
• Failure to attend: 100% of the appointment fee.

We appreciate that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and these will always be considered on an individual basis.

If we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a refund of any payment made.
